I've registered as a stylist with Ridoc™ before, but I can't login.

Our new website requires passwords for customers to log in.

All customer accounts are still here, including RidocSalon stylist-discount statuses. But we need you to create a password. We've sent an email to all currently registered stylists with a custom one-time link to activate your account and choose a password.

If you didn't receive our email and registered as a stylist after September 2016

    Register using the same email address as the one we have on file to add a password to your account while keeping your RidocSalon Stylist status. As long as the email addresses match, your status will be upgraded immediately upon registration. Otherwise, you can just resubmit your cosmetology information and we'll verify it for you.

    If you registered as a stylist before September 2016

      You can register to create a Ridoc.com account, and then upgrade your account status to RidocSalon Stylist. Unfortunately, we no longer have your cosmetology license or salon information and we will need you resubmit that information. Just be sure to allow up to 3 business days for your account to be verified and approved (though it usually doesn't take that long).
